We had to do a double take when we saw this picture of Raven-Symoné. She was spotted Thursday at the ABC family upfront presentation at New York's Beauty & Essex restaurant, looking completely slimmed down.
I don't know what the girl did for such a dramatic weight loss, but damn that was fast! She looks beautiful!
