According to PEOPLE, Kristin Cavallari got engaged to Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Culter over the weekend. A source tells the magazine that Jay flew Kristin to Cabo San Lucas for a weekend getaway, and popped the big question. The couple has been dating since last fall.
